ORDERING PROCESS
I bought a style package, what’s the next step? Within 48 hours, our style coach will get in touch with you with an invoice and confirm your booking. You can expect a confirmation email with invoice and scheduler. How do I download the style guide? Depending on the package that you purchase, the style guide will be sent to you via email upon confirming your payment and booking. If you purchased the style guide on its own, you would’ve been redirected to a link where the style guide is available to download. If you have any trouble with this process, please contact [email protected] PAYMENT CONDITIONS Are there any other costs apart from the package price? There are no hidden costs to the package prices. The fee includes taxes, the session, and any other administrative, research, and preparation costs that your style coach will do for you. That said, we highly recommend having a budget for potential new buys and tailoring especially as you’re building up or upgrading your wardrobe. At the end of most style consultations (time permitting), your style coach and you will make a tentative shopping list and items to tailor. Can I pay via Interac or PayPal? Yes, we can provide an Interac or PayPal invoice upon request. Can I pay in installments? Pay installments are available for Gold, Platinum, and Best Dressed packages. We require a minimum deposit of $200 upon booking, then the remainder of the fees needs to be paid 24 hours before your last consultation. Are refunds available? We do not provide any refunds. If you are unable to continue with a style package, please contact [email protected] and we can set up credits that you can use in the future. These credits will never expire and are transferable to another person. Are the packages transferable? Yes. Please contact [email protected] to discuss how to transfer style credits and who you’re assigning them to. SERVICE CONDITIONS I need to order a style package for a specific date, is that possible? Yes, but it depends on the style coach’s availability. Please contact [email protected] to confirm a specific date. Please note that the Beau Gent calendar gets booked up fast and we generally recommend booking at least a month ahead. If you’re hoping to come up with an outfit for an upcoming event, we will do our best to style something you already own. However, if you need to shop for something new, the lead time for online shopping is 2-6 weeks and in-person shopping will depend on in-store availability. If you need to get minor alterations (tapering, hemming / shortening), lead time is 2 weeks. If you’re getting a whole new suit or an outfit custom made, lead time is at least 6 weeks. Can I send a gift card credit less than $100? Yes. Please contact [email protected] and we will send an email confirmation to you (the gifter) along with instructions on how to claim Beau Gent credit which you can forward to the recipient. MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS Are you open to social media collaborations? Yes but it’s a case by case basis. Please contact [email protected] to inquire. What do you do with my information? Your contact information is collected and stored securely in the Beau Gent database and will not be shared with anyone else. Your information will solely be used to contact you regarding your purchase and occasional Beau Gent promotions that may be of interest to you. I’m on the Beau Gent mailing list, how do I unsubscribe? You can simply reply to the mailing list email and say ‘unsubscribe’. Please expect to be fully unsubscribed within 72 hours. |
